dessert was the perfect ending after hearty stews and rich chowders.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk lemon juice, sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla.
- Gently fold the lemon mixture into the whipped cream.
- Spoon into serving dishes and chill for at least 1 hour.
