Garlic Butter Lobster-Stuffed Biscuits

🧈🦞 Garlic Butter Lobster-Stuffed Biscuits
Buttery, flaky, stuffed with creamy garlic lobster — an irresistible appetizer or luxury comfort snack!
🦞 Lobster Filling
- 300 g cooked lobster meat (chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
🧁 Biscuit Dough
Option 1 — Quick Method:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
Option 2 — Homemade:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 tbsp cold butter
- ¾ cup cold milk or buttermilk
🧈 Garlic Butter Brushing
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- Pinch of paprika
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Lobster Filling
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice, paprika, salt & pepper.
- Fold in chopped lobster gently.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits
If using canned biscuits: flatten each biscuit slightly.
If making homemade:
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Rub in cold butter until crumbly.
- Add milk and mix to form dough.
- Cut into 8–10 biscuits.
3️⃣ Stuff & Shape
- Place 1–2 tbsp lobster filling in the center of each dough piece.
- Pinch edges to seal.
- Place seam-side down on a baking tray.
4️⃣ Bake
- Brush biscuits lightly with garlic butter.
- Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
5️⃣ Finish
- Brush with remaining garlic butter.
- Sprinkle parsley & paprika.
- Serve warm!
