Classic Cherry Cheesecake Bars 🍒

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (21 oz / 595g) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until fully combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread filling evenly over the crust, smoothing the top.
  6. Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Chill for 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
💡 Tip: You can substitute blueberry or strawberry pie filling for a fun twist on this classic dessert!
