Classic Cherry Cheesecake Bars 🍒
Ingredients
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (21 oz / 595g) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread filling evenly over the crust, smoothing the top.
- Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
