🍩 Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes

These donut holes are soft on the inside, golden on the outside,
rolled in cinnamon sugar and finished with a light vanilla glaze.
Perfect with coffee or tea.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ÂĽ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ÂĽ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- â…“ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Oil for frying
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Vanilla Glaze
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Whisk in milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 175°C (350°F).
- Scoop small portions of batter and fry until golden.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Roll warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over donut holes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Tip:
Skip the glaze if you want a classic cinnamon-sugar-only version,
or add nutmeg for extra warmth.
