Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • Reserved icing from the cinnamon rolls

Instructions

  1. Prep the rolls: Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 bite-sized pieces. Reserve the icing for later.
  2. Make the custard dip: Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Coat the bites: Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, coating all sides evenly.
  4. Cook: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the coated bites in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
