🍰 Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding

🛒 Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (cut into pieces)
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup milk or heavy cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Icing from the cinnamon rolls (or vanilla glaze)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish lightly.
- Spread cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
- Drizzle icing on top while warm.

Serve warm for maximum creaminess, or chill overnight for a firmer custard texture.
