πŸ›’ Ingredients

  • 1Β½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • Β½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Β½ cup ketchup or BBQ sauce
  • 4–5 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, and seasonings.
  3. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking pan.
  4. Brush the top generously with ketchup or BBQ sauce.
  5. Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Arrange potatoes around the meatloaf.
  7. Bake for 60–70 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
