Christmas Frostbite Strawberry Crunch Cake

Christmas Frostbite 🎄🍓 Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) white or vanilla cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup strawberry preserves or puree
- ½ tsp red gel food coloring (optional)
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or golden Oreos
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar + 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Whisk cake mix and pudding mix together.
- Add eggs, sour cream, oil, and milk. Beat until smooth.
- Reserve ⅓ of the batter and mix with strawberry preserves and coloring.
- Layer plain batter, then strawberry batter, then top with the rest of the plain batter. Swirl lightly.
- Bake 55–60 minutes. Cool before glazing.
- Mix glaze and drizzle on top, then sprinkle with cookie crunch mix.
💡 Tip: Add crushed freeze-dried strawberries to the crunch topping for a stronger strawberry flavor and beautiful red texture!
