Servings: 16–20 bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts (or mixed nuts)
  • 1 cup caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter (for melting chocolate)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the peanuts evenly in the pan.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt caramel candies with cream, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour caramel evenly over the peanuts and let set for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Pour chocolate over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  9. Lift out, cut into bars, and serve.
Tips & Variations:
• Swap peanuts for almonds, cashews, or pretzels.
• Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
• Store in the fridge for clean cuts and extra crunch.
