Chocolate Cream Bar Dessert (No-Bake)

A rich, creamy, and dangerously addictive dessert! Smooth vanilla cream layered over a chocolate cookie crust, topped with silky chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies (like Oreos, without filling)
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

For the Cream Layer:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

For the Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Make the Crust

  1. Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. Make the Cream Layer

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add condensed milk, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread this cream evenly over the crust.
  6. Freeze for 20–30 minutes.

3. Make the Chocolate Topping

  1. Heat heavy cream until almost boiling.
  2. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  4. Cool slightly, then pour over the cream layer.

4. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Slice and enjoy!

Tips

  • Add chopped chocolate or nuts to the crust for more texture.
  • Double the cream layer for thicker bars.
  • Freeze for an ice-cream-like texture.
