Chocolate Covered Brownie Bites
“I made these for the first time and my mother-in-law actually asked me for the recipe.
That’s a Christmas miracle.”
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter (for melting chocolate)
Instructions:
- Prepare and bake the brownies as directed on the box.
- Allow brownies to cool completely.
- Cut into small squares and place them on a tray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each brownie square into the melted chocolate, coating fully.
- Place coated brownies on parchment paper and allow chocolate to set.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Tips:
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Freeze brownie pieces for 10 minutes before dipping to keep them firm.
