Chocolate Covered Brownie Bites

“I made these for the first time and my mother-in-law actually asked me for the recipe.
That’s a Christmas miracle.”

Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter (for melting chocolate)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare and bake the brownies as directed on the box.
  2. Allow brownies to cool completely.
  3. Cut into small squares and place them on a tray.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each brownie square into the melted chocolate, coating fully.
  6. Place coated brownies on parchment paper and allow chocolate to set.
  7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.

Tips:

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • Freeze brownie pieces for 10 minutes before dipping to keep them firm.
