🍗 Cheesy Chicken Biscuit Bake
When I make this viral recipe, the whole house fills with amazing aromas. It’s an absolute hit — creamy, cheesy, comforting, and unbelievably easy!
Ingredients
For the Filling:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Topping:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (or homemade dough)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, broth, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Cut biscuits into halves or quarters and arrange them on top of the filling.
- Brush biscuit pieces with melted butter and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley, let cool for 5 minutes, and serve warm.
Tips
- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Add a little cream cheese for extra creaminess.
- Cover with foil halfway through if biscuits brown too quickly.
