Chicken Biscuit Bake Recipe

🍗 Cheesy Chicken Biscuit Bake

When I make this viral recipe, the whole house fills with amazing aromas. It’s an absolute hit — creamy, cheesy, comforting, and unbelievably easy!

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Topping:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (or homemade dough)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, broth, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  4. Cut biscuits into halves or quarters and arrange them on top of the filling.
  5. Brush biscuit pieces with melted butter and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
  7. Sprinkle with dried parsley, let cool for 5 minutes, and serve warm.

Tips

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
  • Add a little cream cheese for extra creaminess.
  • Cover with foil halfway through if biscuits brown too quickly.
