📝 Ingredients
- 1 prepared angel food cake (cut into cubes)
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large tub (16 oz) Cool Whip or whipped topping
- 2 cans cherry pie filling
🍒 Directions
- Cut the angel food cake into small cubes and place them evenly in a large pan or dish.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; continue mixing.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently to create a fluffy cream mixture.
- Spread the cream evenly over the cake cubes.
- Spoon cherry pie filling on top and swirl gently for a marble effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
