- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion. Drain excess grease.
- Season beef with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined.
