Cheesy Stuffed Meatballs
These cheesy stuffed meatballs are juicy, flavorful and incredibly satisfying.
Each meatball is filled with melted cheese and baked in a rich savory sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup tomato sauce

Instructions
1. Prepare the Meat Mixture
In a large bowl combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, parsley, bell peppers, salt and pepper.
2. Form the Meatballs
Take a small portion of the mixture and place a little shredded cheese inside, then shape into a meatball.
3. Arrange in Baking Dish
Place the meatballs in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
4. Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
5. Serve
Serve hot with extra sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
