Ingredients

  • 6 slider buns (or small rolls)
  • 300g roast beef (or deli beef slices)
  • 6 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice buns in half and place bottom halves in a baking tray.
  3. Layer roast beef evenly over the buns.
  4. Add cheese slices on top of the beef.
  5. Cover with the top buns.
  6. Brush with melted butter (optional).
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
