Cheesy Meatball & Potato Bake

A comforting casserole layered with potatoes, meatballs, and melty cheese.

Ingredients

• 2 lbs potatoes, sliced
• 1½ lbs cooked meatballs
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• 1½ cups tomato sauce
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Parboil potatoes until tender.
3. Layer sauce, potatoes, meatballs, and cheese.
4. Bake covered, then uncovered until golden.
