Cheesy Meatball & Potato Bake
A comforting casserole layered with potatoes, meatballs, and melty cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, sliced
- 1½ lbs cooked meatballs
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1½ cups tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Parboil potatoes until tender.
- Layer sauce, potatoes, meatballs, and cheese.
- Bake covered, then uncovered until golden.
