🧀🍝 Cheesy Lasagna Roll-Ups
These cheesy lasagna roll-ups are rich, comforting, and packed with flavor.
They taste even better the next day — if you have the patience to wait!
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.
- Spread ricotta mixture over each lasagna noodle.
- Add a layer of meat sauce, then roll up tightly.
- Place roll-ups seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Tip: These roll-ups reheat beautifully and taste even better the next day!
