Cheesy Ground Beef and Corn Skillet
This cheesy ground beef and corn skillet is a quick and hearty meal that comes together in one pan.
Packed with seasoned beef, sweet corn, tomatoes and melted cheese, it’s a comforting dinner the whole family will love.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
1. Cook the Beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
2. Add Vegetables
Stir in the corn and diced tomatoes. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Simmer
Let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes so the flavors combine.
4. Add Cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
5. Serve
Serve warm straight from the skillet. It pairs perfectly with rice, tortillas or fresh bread.
