Cheesy Garlic Bread Rolls 🧄🧀
Whenever I make this, my husband is over the moon and always wants seconds! These golden, cheesy rolls are soft, buttery, and packed with irresistible flavor.
📝 Ingredients
- 6 soft dinner rolls or homemade dough balls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
- Pinch of black pepper and salt, to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Place the rolls on the sheet, leaving space between each.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each roll with the garlic butter mixture.
- Top generously with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle parsley on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
