Cheesy Garlic Bread Rolls 🧄🧀

Whenever I make this, my husband is over the moon and always wants seconds! These golden, cheesy rolls are soft, buttery, and packed with irresistible flavor.

📝 Ingredients

  • 6 soft dinner rolls or homemade dough balls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  • Pinch of black pepper and salt, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Place the rolls on the sheet, leaving space between each.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush each roll with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Top generously with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle parsley on top.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
💡 Tip: For extra flavor, mix in a little parmesan or a pinch of chili flakes before baking.
