Soft, fluffy biscuit dough stuffed with melty cheese and brushed with buttery garlic goodness.
📝 Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (cubed or shredded)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line with parchment squares.
2️⃣ Stuff the Biscuits
Flatten each biscuit slightly.
Place a cube of mozzarella and a little cheddar in the center.
Wrap dough around the cheese and pinch tightly to seal.
Place seam-side down in muffin tin.
3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and seasoning.
Brush generously over each biscuit ball.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
5️⃣ Finish
Brush with extra garlic butter right out of the oven for extra flavor.
