Cheesy Cream Cheese Corn Casserole

A creamy, cheesy, delicious corn casserole that takes minutes to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) sweet corn, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers (topping)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix corn, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, milk, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper.
  3. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Combine crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
