Cheesy Beef Stuffed Crescent Rolls
My husband and daughter called this “heaven on a plate,” and my grandson cried over the last piece!
These cheesy beef stuffed crescent rolls are golden, flaky, and packed with savory flavor — definitely a winner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped green onions (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and onion. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture onto each piece and top with shredded cheese.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
- Place on lined baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
