📝 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups medium pasta shells
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

🔥 Directions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  6. Add the cooked pasta shells and stir until fully coated in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
