🧀 Cheesy Beef & Pepper Pasta
Creamy, cheesy pasta loaded with seasoned ground beef and tender green peppers.

Ingredients
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Lower heat and pour in heavy cream. Stir gently.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot with extra cheese if desired.
Tip: Want extra cheesiness? Broil for 2–3 minutes after transferring to an oven-safe dish!
