🧀 Cheesy Beef & Onion Casserole 🥩

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter and sliced onions to the beef. Cook until onions are soft and golden.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well. Cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top evenly with mozzarella (or provolone) and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
