🌮🍝 Taco Pasta
This Taco Pasta is creamy, hearty, and packed with bold taco flavor.
An easy family favorite that comes together fast and disappears even faster!
Ingredients
- 12 oz shell pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 block cream cheese
- 1 cup salsa (mild or hot)
- 1 small onion, diced
Instructions
- Boil the shell pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until golden brown.
- Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Cook for about 7 minutes.
- Add salsa and let everything simmer together for 10 minutes.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the taco meat sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
🌶️ Tip: Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or crushed tortilla chips for extra flavor!
