Cheesy Baked Pie

A nostalgic, family-style cheese bake that’s rich, gooey, and incredibly comforting.
Simple ingredients, timeless flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: dried herbs (parsley or oregano)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a round baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Add flour, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in all the cheese until well combined.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden on top and set in the center.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
💡 Tip: Serve warm for the best cheese pull. Great as a side dish,
brunch item, or comforting family dinner.
