Cheesy Baked Pie
A nostalgic, family-style cheese bake that’s rich, gooey, and incredibly comforting.
Simple ingredients, timeless flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: dried herbs (parsley or oregano)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a round baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in all the cheese until well combined.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden on top and set in the center.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
