Cheese-Stuffed Garlic Rolls 🧀🧄

Simply sensational! Soft, cheesy, and bursting with garlic flavor —
don’t be surprised if these earn you lots of kisses after dinner 😉

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or dinner roll dough)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

👩‍🍳 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Separate dough and flatten each piece slightly.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and seal dough into a ball.
  4. Arrange rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Brush generously over rolls.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Finish with parsley and serve warm.
🔥 Pro Tip: Add a pinch of chili flakes or stuff with cheddar for a bold twist!
