Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients:
For the Banana Bread:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- Β½ cup creamy peanut butter
- β cup unsalted butter, melted
- Β½ cup granulated sugar
- Β½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ΒΎ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Β½ tsp salt
- Β½ cup milk (or buttermilk for extra richness)
- 1 cup chopped Reeseβs Peanut Butter Cups
- Β½ cup Reeseβs Pieces (optional for extra crunch & color)
Instructions:
- Prep & Mix:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
In another bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in peanut butter, melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with milk, mixing until just combined. - Fold in the Reeseβs:
Gently fold in chopped Reeseβs Peanut Butter Cups and Reeseβs Pieces. - Bake to Perfection:
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 55β65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. - Optional Peanut Butter Drizzle:
Melt ΒΌ cup peanut butter and drizzle over the cooled bread for extra goodness!
