🦐 Creamy Shrimp Stuffed Shells 🧀
“My mother-in-law said she didn’t want anything heavy.
Then she had one bite… then another… then she asked if she could take some home ‘for later.’

✨ Ingredients:
- 12 jumbo pasta shells 🍝
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined 🦐
- 2 tbsp butter 🧈
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 🧀
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 🧀
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
- Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
🥣 Instructions:
- Cook pasta shells until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Chop half the shrimp for filling.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped shrimp, and seasoning.
- Stuff each pasta shell with filling and place in a baking dish.
- Pour cream over the top, add whole shrimp, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden. ✨
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot. 😍
