Caramelized Apple Butter Biscuits

A nostalgic, gooey, buttery biscuit treat that brings back warm childhood memories. Sweet, sticky, and unbelievably easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8–12 biscuits)
  • 1 cup apple pie filling, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan lightly.
  2. Chop the apple pie filling into small pieces and mix with cinnamon and vanilla.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar to create a caramel mixture.
  4. Pour half of the caramel mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
  5. Place biscuits on top, gently pressing each one into the caramel.
  6. Spoon apple mixture on top of each biscuit.
  7. Pour the remaining caramel mixture over the biscuits.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and bubbling with caramel.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Tip: Serve with vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat!
