✨ Can’t Stop Baking These Cookies! ✨

“Third night in a row… and I regret NOTHING!” 😆🍪

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar (plus extra for coating)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  5. Shape balls of dough, roll them in sugar, and flatten gently with a fork.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Cool on a wire rack… and try not to eat them all at once! 😂

Tip: Add a pinch of cinnamon or brown sugar for extra depth!
