✨ Can’t Stop Baking These Cookies! ✨
“Third night in a row… and I regret NOTHING!” 😆🍪
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar (plus extra for coating)
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Shape balls of dough, roll them in sugar, and flatten gently with a fork.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool on a wire rack… and try not to eat them all at once! 😂
Tip: Add a pinch of cinnamon or brown sugar for extra depth!
