Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp flour (or breadcrumbs)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, grated carrot, and green onions.
- Add eggs, flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix everything well until combined.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Form small patties and place them in the pan.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
