Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional: coarse sugar or flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out both puff pastry sheets and cut them into long strips.
  3. Arrange the strips in a circle on the baking sheet, slightly overlapping to form a wreath.
  4. Place Brie cubes evenly along the center of the pastry ring.
  5. Spoon cranberry sauce over the Brie, then sprinkle with nuts and rosemary.
  6. Fold the pastry edges over the filling, overlapping slightly to seal.
  7. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
