Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes with juice
- 2 cans (10 oz each) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 whole jalapeño, quartered and sliced thin
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ cup chopped cilantro (or more to taste!)
- Juice of ½ lime
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole tomatoes with juice and the Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.
