Beef and Gravy over Rice

Slow Cooker Beef & Gravy over Rice

A rich, comforting meal made with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) beef chunks
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add beef chunks to the slow cooker.
  2. Mix beef broth with gravy mix.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef.
  4. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Stir well until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Serving Tip

Add mushrooms or onions for extra flavor.
