Baked Blueberry Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowls

Warm, creamy, protein-packed… and naturally sweet! 💙

You Will Need:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 large egg
  • 1–2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cottage cheese, egg, honey, and vanilla in an oven-safe bowl.
  3. Stir in half of the blueberries.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden on top.
  5. Add remaining blueberries and serve warm.
