Baked Blueberry Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowls
Warm, creamy, protein-packed… and naturally sweet! 💙
You Will Need:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 large egg
- 1–2 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cottage cheese, egg, honey, and vanilla in an oven-safe bowl.
- Stir in half of the blueberries.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden on top.
- Add remaining blueberries and serve warm.
