This classic Australian no-bake slice is rich, chocolatey, and incredibly easy.
Made with crushed Weet-Bix and topped with smooth chocolate icing, it’s a lunchbox legend.
Ingredients
- 3 Weet-Bix biscuits, crushed
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- Âľ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 125 g butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
Chocolate Icing
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons hot water
Instructions
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Weet-Bix, coconut, flour, sugar, and cocoa.
- Add melted butter, vanilla, and milk. Mix until combined.
- Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
- Mix icing ingredients until smooth.
- Spread icing evenly over the slice.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Slice into squares and serve.

For extra indulgence, sprinkle coconut or chopped nuts over the icing before it sets.
