βThis easy Apple Pie Bread is like fall in a loaf! Perfectly moist, packed with flavor, and smells amazing while baking.β
Ingredients
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling, mashed slightly
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven: to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Grease and flour two loaf pans.
- Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, combine mashed apple pie filling, yellow cake mix, eggs, flour, and cinnamon. Mix just until combined.
- Pour and bake: Divide the batter evenly into the two pans.
- Bake: for 35β45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Let cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
    Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top before baking for a sweet, crunchy crust π
