Ingredients

  • 2 apples (1 red and 1 green), chopped
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

For the Dressing

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Chop the apples and celery into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt), honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine: Pour the dressing over the apples, celery, cranberries, and pecans. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
