🥣 Amish Comfort Soup

When it’s cold outside, this soup is comfort in a bowl — warm, hearty, and incredibly satisfying!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 3–4 potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Brown ground beef in a large pot and drain excess fat.
  2. Add potatoes, carrots, green beans, corn, peas, and chopped onion.
  3. Pour in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and water. Stir well.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and simmer for 45–60 minutes, until veggies are tender.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy comforting goodness!
