Air Fryer Sweet Potato

🍠 Air Fryer Sweet Potato

WARNING: If you try this once, you’ll never go back to the oven. Like, ever.
Crispy skin, fluffy center, and done in half the time!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Butter or sour cream (for serving)
  • Black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub sweet potatoes well. Pat dry.
  2. Poke each potato several times with a fork.
  3. Rub lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Check tenderness by piercing with a fork.
  7. Slice open, fluff the inside, and add butter or sour cream.
🔥 Pro Tip: Bigger potatoes need more time. If very large, add 5–10 minutes.
Want crispy skin? Add 2 extra minutes at the end!

Perfect as a quick dinner side or a cozy, healthy meal on its own.
