Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe


Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¾ to 1 cup sugar (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
  • 3 large eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ cup melted margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Gradually add the melted margarine and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake for about 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
