Fluffy Cloud Cake

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 16 grams baking powder
  • 200 grams (1 cup) caster sugar
  • Liquid salt (to taste)
  • 55 grams (about 1/4 cup) yogurt
  • Vanilla essence

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F) and grease a 22cm baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla essence, baking powder, eggs, caster sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Using a high-speed mixer, blend the mixture for approximately three minutes, or until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the cake batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
