A simple, budget-friendly comfort meal packed with flavor and perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 onion (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Add potatoes and onions to the slow cooker.
  2. Place sliced sausage on top.
  3. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Stir slightly to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Stir before serving and enjoy!

Tip

Add paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor.
