Creamy Corn and Potatoes

Creamy Slow Cooker Corn & Potatoes

A rich, creamy side dish made with simple ingredients — perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add diced potatoes to the slow cooker.
  2. Pour creamed corn over the potatoes.
  3. Add milk (or cream) and butter.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix slightly to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  7. Stir before serving until creamy.

Tip

Add shredded cheese or bacon bits for extra flavor.
