Slow Cooker Creamy Sausage
A rich, comforting meal made with simple ingredients and minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) bulk sausage
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 cup pasta or rice (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add raw sausage to the slow cooker.
- Pour evaporated milk over the sausage.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and chopped onion.
- Mix slightly to combine flavors.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Tip: Add shredded cheese in the last 15 minutes for extra creaminess!
