Slow Cooker Beef & Pasta

A hearty and comforting dish perfect for busy days. Just pour everything in and let it cook!

Ingredients

  • 700–900g beef chuck (cut into cubes)
  • 2 cups pasta (rigatoni or penne)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the raw beef to the slow cooker.
  2. Add uncooked pasta.
  3. In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, broth, garlic, tomato paste, and seasoning.
  4. Pour the mixture over the beef and pasta.
  5. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Stir well before serving and enjoy!
Tip: Add cheese or cream in the last 10 minutes for extra richness!
